Ebury does not share any client information with third parties, and all client information is held securely on remote servers. Client information, whether in paper or electronic form, is handled with due care in line with our internal guidelines.

CLIENT PROTECTION

Our client funds are held in segregated accounts, entirely separate from our own operating accounts, ensuring client funds remain safe. We maintain client segregated bank accounts with our banking partners and liquidity providers in the UK and overseas under the Payment Services Directive.

Lowcost Fx Limited Payment and Foreign Currency Exchange Services are provided by Ebury.

Ebury is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 for the provision of payment services, with register number 565847, and by Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs as a Money Services Business with register number 12651660.

Segregated Accounts

All client accounts are held separately from our business accounts in compliance with FCA regulations, ensuring full transparency at every stage of the transaction process.
